English course June

ATTENTION: due to the COVID19 regulations it might be possible that this event wil take place online. 

We will communicate this at least one week prior to the 15th of June.

The SUPERMOM course contains three meetups, each will take place from 19:30h till 21:30h. 

At the end of each meetup there will be enough time to ask questions if neaded. 

MEETUP 1:

- the power of thought

- breathing techniques

MEETUP 2:

- childbirth preparation

- how to keep control

- breathing exercises

MEETUP 3: 

- childbirthplan

- role of the partner

- breathing exercises

ATTENTION: third meetup is with partners!

It's not necessary to bring anything, course material will be handed out on the evenings or sent later by email.
